Choose a Studio package based on size and guidance. The fixed base is the same in every package; the differences are in pages, forms, integrations and feedback rounds.

Worked example

What do you pay in the first year?

A one-off setup fee, then a fixed monthly price billed annually in advance by default. All amounts exclude VAT.

  • At the start

    €349 setup fee, one-off. For design, setup, technical configuration and the content structure.

  • Then every month

    €39 to €59 per month, depending on your package. Billed annually in advance by default.

  • Example: package Groei

    €349 setup + 12 × €49 = €937 in the first year. After that €588 per year for as long as the subscription runs.

Package limits

Package limits explained

Studio stays manageable by making clear up front what falls inside the package and what we agree on separately.

  • What counts as a page?

    Fixed content pages such as Home, About, Services, Contact or an extra services page count. Header, footer, cart, order confirmation and standalone form pages do not.

  • Simple integrations

    A simple integration uses an existing service, for example Google Sheets, Mailchimp or a lightweight CRM. Client portals, custom APIs and dashboards fall outside Studio.

  • What isn't included?

    Extra pages beyond the package limit, custom work outside the standard setup, complex integrations, extra mailboxes, additional SEO, and logo or brand identity are agreed separately.

  • Studio or custom?

    Studio is a subscription service with a fixed setup, a low entry price and clear package boundaries. A regular project gives more freedom in scope, design, technology and custom work.

Questions about price and contract

The key agreements about term, billing, hosting and expanding.

How long does a Studio subscription run?

The standard minimum term is 36 months. After the first 36 months the subscription continues automatically. From that point it is cancellable monthly with one calendar month's notice, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. You cancel by email to hallo@freshconnected.studio. The subscription is billed annually in advance by default.

How does billing work?

The one-off setup fee is invoiced at the start of the project. Studio is billed annually in advance by default. Monthly billing is only possible on request and by explicit agreement. Annual billing in advance remains the default after the minimum term as well.

Can I cancel mid-term?

Not within the first 36 months. Would you prefer a shorter term? We can look at that up front. In that case a different starting price, monthly price or project price usually applies.

Is hosting included?

Yes. Basic hosting, SSL and light technical maintenance are included with Studio. Extra capacity, special hosting requirements, performance optimisation, extended security or migrations fall outside the standard Studio packages.

Are a domain name and mailbox included?

Yes, all Studio packages include 1 standard domain name and 1 mailbox for the duration of the subscription. Extra domain names, premium domains, unusual extensions, extra mailboxes, extra storage, email migrations, and special mail configurations fall outside the standard package and can be quoted separately.

Can I expand later?

Yes. You can expand later with extra pages, forms, simple integrations, SEO, content management, extra mailboxes or functionality. We agree on extra wishes separately.
